Level 1 - Beginner New to Silks

This class is for beginners who are new to Aerial Silks. The focus of this class is to build your aerial strength while teaching you basic techniques and vocabulary. The class will start with a warm-up on the mats and then move on to conditioning exercises with the silks. 

   Throughout the class, you will learn basic climbs, foot-locks, and progress towards learning simple poses, wraps, and transitions. The instructor will guide you through each step, ensuring that you are progressing safely and at your own pace. The goal is to make you feel comfortable lifting your body off the floor. Safety is a top priority, and you always have mats underneath you while you learn.

By the end of the class, you will have built your aerial strength and gained confidence in the air. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn Aerial Silks in a safe and supportive environment.

Level 2 - Beginner Silks

  This class is designed for students who have prior experience with aerial arts and are looking to further develop their skills and build strength. The primary focus of the class is to enhance the strength of the core and upper body, which will provide a strong foundation for more advanced aerial techniques in the upper level classes.

   The class begins with warm-up exercises on the mats, followed by a conditioning session using the silks. Students will work on improving their climbs, inversions, and basic transitions to create smoother movements and enhance their overall aerial ability.

Level - Intermediate Silks

 

  This class is for the more experienced aerial silks student and is designed to enhance both strength and flexibility in the air. The focus will be on honing transitions and tricks, as well as cultivating more fluidity of movement. The aim of the class is to safely take your aerial silks practice to the next level by increasing endurance, learning more challenging vocabulary, and combining different moves to create more complex sequences.
