Level 1 -Beginner New to
Hoop Start Here
This class is designed for beginners who are new to the aerial hoop/ lyra or just starting their practice. The class will focus on building strength and comfort getting in and moving around the hoop. Class will start with a mat warm-up and then move on to conditioning with the hoop. Students will learn basic vocabulary and introductory techniques for lifting their body off the ground safely. Additionally, they will be introduced to hanging from their legs.
As each student progresses, they will work towards moving in and out of the hoop with ease. The class will introduce basic shapes and simple transitions to help students build their strength and confidence in the air. Overall, the class aims to teach students the fundamentals of aerial strength and technique while ensuring that they feel safe and comfortable while in the hoop.
Level 2 - Beginner Hoop

This class is for students who have already completed beginning aerial classes, are solid in their fundamentals and are ready to move to the next step. The class has a more focused approach on building core and body strength to create a solid foundation for more challenging vocabulary in the hoop.
Warm-up will include mat and hoop conditioning which will help to build strength in leg hangs, solidify inversions, and smooth out basic transitions.
Students can expect to continue developing their aerial hoop skills, while also building strength and endurance. Overall, the class is designed to challenge students to take their aerial practice to the next level while providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Level - Intermediate Hoop
This class is designed for those who have already mastered the beginner level skills of hooping and are ready to take their practice to the next level. The class will begin with a warm-up that includes more challenging floor and hoop conditioning exercises.
Once warmed up, the class will focus on exploring more advanced shapes and vocabulary in the air, which will require greater strength and flexibility. You can expect to learn techniques such as single leg hangs, hanging from the top bar, and other challenging moves.
In addition, the class will put a greater emphasis on spinning shapes and transitions while in the air, which will require more advanced aerial skills. The goal of this class is to push you to your limits and help you develop a higher level of proficiency in the hoop.
