Believe provides an intimate approach to alternative training. Our average 90 minute class size is around 6 students. With attentive instruction and smaller class sizes, our students are offered the best opportunity to unlock their own extraordinary potential in a safe and healthy environment.

The Journey Begins When You......
Pole dancing is the art of climbing, spinning, and moving with the support of a vertical pole. Believe offers both series and drop-in pole classes to accommodate the novice to expert poler. 2 private pole studio spaces housing poles 11-12 ft poles, and 3 13-15.5 foot performance poles on our main aerial floor.
Aerial Silks is one long piece of specialty fabric folded and hung from the ceiling to leave the ends hanging loosely to the floor. Our ceilings offer 15 ft Silks. This practice involves learning various techniques to climb, wrap, and drop through the fabric while making beautiful and strong shapes as you go..
Aerial Hoop is a metal ring suspended from the ceiling. In the hoop students can spin, sit, flip, swing, and roll to make strong and dynamic shapes in the air.
Hoop / Lyra
Also a fabric apparatus, Hammock is a specialty fabric rigged from the ceiling at a single point that floats above the floor in a loop. Similar to silks students will climb, roll, sit, and wrap in to various shapes in the air.
