|Okay, ladies and gentlemen, let's pole together!
This is an open-level, 1 1/2 hour class of fun, lots of tricks and spins!
| Over the duration of seven weeks, together we will create a choreograph routine, incorporating pole combinations and dance. You must have been in basic pole for at least 6 weeks, or have equivalent training. Limited to 10 students
Each class is 1 1/2 hours.

|Beginning Reformer||Reformer class for pilates - beginners welcome! No prior experience is necessary!|
|Reformer||This is an intermediate Pilates Reformer class that will increase your flexibilty, improve your posture and get you toned for the summer!!! Students must have prior reformer experience.|

|Anti-Gravity Yoga Workout||Join in this challenging, fun, & effective class. The Anti-Gravity Hammock acts as a soft trapeze, supporting you as you master suspension techniques leading to simple & advanced inverted poses. It is unbelievable for relieving compressed joints and aligning the body from head to toe. It combines elements from Yoga, Aerial Arts, Pilates & Dance. Believe is one of the few studios Licensed for Anti-Gravity Yoga in California! *No jewelry, watches, rings. *If you have Heart Conditions, may be Pregnant, have Glaucoma or have had recent surgery please contact your doctor before participating in this class!|

|Aerial Fitness||A circuit based aerial class using the three most popular aerial apparatus: Silks, Lyra and Trapeze. Students sculpt and tone their bodies while having fun climbing, swinging and playing! Aerial fitness classes increase flexibility, improve muscle definition and are also a great cardio workout!|
|Open Aerial||One hour of open training with an Aerial instructor on hand to answer any questions.|

TRX is a suspension training system
that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance,
coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while
preventing injuries. It was developed from a system used by the Navy
Seals. All levels welcome.
|Yoga||All levels vinyasa flow yoga class that emphasizes movement. The class flows through traditional yoga poses, building stability and strength through standing postures while increasing flexibility through backbends and twists. The class will also introduce arm balances and inversions to add an element of flight and lightness to the practice.|
|Power Abs||This is a 30-minute mat class primarily focused on the core.|
